HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE FOR MY ORDER TO BE DELIVERED?
- Orders within India are generally delivered within 7-8 business days in metro cities and 10-12 business days for other locations.
- Please Note: Delivery times may vary due to factors such as shipping address, public holidays, or extreme weather conditions.
Are any purchases final sale?
- You can track your order once it's dispatched from our warehouse. Our delivery partner e-mails you with a tracking link. Alternatively, you can track it through your account by selecting ‘Orders’ from the top right corner and clicking ‘Track Order’ next to the respective Order ID.
WHAT IS OUR RETURNS POLICY?
- Timeframe: Returns are accepted within 15 days of delivery for orders placed outside sale periods.
- Condition: Items must be in their original, unwashed condition with all tags attached.
- Return Refusals: We reserve the right to decline returns if items appear used, washed, damaged, or spoiled (unless they arrived damaged).
- Defective Products: If you've received a defective item, please email unboxing videos and Photos to App & Website, and our Customer Experience Team will assist.
- Return Fee: A reverse shipment fee of Rs 100 will be deducted at the time of refund per order, regardless of the number of items within that order. This means that if an order contains multiple items, only a single deduction of Rs 100 will be made for the entire order, not on each individual clothing item. Shipping Charges are Non-Refundable both COD & Prepaid.
HOW DO I CANCEL MY ORDER?
Cancellations will only be possible if and till the order has not been dispatched from our warehouse.
WHAT IF I'M NOT AVAILABLE WHEN THE PICKUP IS BEING ATTEMPTED?
Our courier partner will attempt the pick up 3 times.
